hypochondria&whatevermore

I think i'm bearly sane sometimes,
beneath my skin breeds paranoia.

Firstly, let's start with the lightning last night,i dont know about you but the lightning & thunder around my area has been awfully bad these couple of days,
awakening me from my 'am-i-in-a-dream-or-is-this-reality' dream stage.

Then, the side light which i always turn on, shines into my awakened eye and frustrates the hell out of me, so i switch it off and happily try go back to sleep. Yet after 10-15 minutes i awake haunted by the feeling that i'm alone in the room, in darkness, and i'll turn the side light back on again.

P.S in other topics such as FLU ;

I really think that people who are unwell should not go to work or take public transportation. maybe, a cab would minimize the rate of their germ spreading.

Here i am on my morning bus ride to office, and there - left right center - people coughing. And the strangest thing, is that though most Singaporean cringe their faces at people who walk around wearing mask on their faces, they strongly think that covering their mouths in the bus would prevent the germs from getting to them. It's strangely hilarious - really.

Ah, gosh - i wish i don't fall sick, i've been popping yin-chow pills ( thanks pepper for the recommendation) , vitamin c orange drinks, lifepak pills, but.. i still feel the cough coming. i hate being sick.

Muji Spice Paper

I cannot be more intrigued by MUJI's spice
paper that Nick Bampton designed.
just tear the perforated area,
throw in the lightweight piece of paper
into the pan that requires whatever spice
and tada, low and behold the edible spice paper
dissolves into the dish that you're cooking up.

However, i wonder if anyone's gonna get turned off
because each sheet of spice is notably printed on.
